Profile

  • Be between 30 and 40 years old, of Cameroonian nationality, M/F.
  • Hold a BAC +5 University Diploma, in Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Organizational Management
  • At least 7 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
  • Desired experience in a multinational in the field of payroll and administrative management of personnel

 

 Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinates, manages and supervises all the administrative procedures of the company’s workforce, applying social regulations according to the rules and procedures of labor law;
  • Makes the interface between external interlocutors (tax authorities, social organizations, etc.) and internal interlocutors (employees, collaborators, General Management, etc.)
  • Ensures the reporting of the social indicators of the company by the development of social dashboards: monitoring of the activity of the employees – remuneration, holidays, absences

Specific Responsibilities

  • Organize and control payroll management
    • Manage payroll processing.
    • Manage obligations related to social protection.
    • Control the realization of payments (salaries, social contributions & taxes)
    • Ensure the archiving of payroll processing and closing documents
    • Set up a watch on the evolution of social legislation




 

  • Organize the administrative management of the staff
    • Manage the updating and management of all administrative aspects related to personnel, from the entry of the employee into the company until his departure: employment contracts, endorsements, balance of any account, etc.
    • Coordinate actions relating to time management: absences, holidays and illnesses, accidents at work
    • Coordinate actions relating to occupational medicine
    • Follow up on disciplinary procedures
    • Ensure the management of the archiving of personnel files
  • Participate in the company’s HR policy
    • Communicate with employees and social bodies: Staff representatives, Disciplinary Council, CHST, Labor Delegation, CNPS.
    • Ensure the implementation and ensure the legal follow-up of the agreements concluded.
    • Organize elections for employee representative bodies
    • Ensure the coordination of the social benefits system: health insurance and other programs implemented in the company
    • Ensure the monitoring of social and financial indicators: absenteeism, discipline, training, staff movements, overtime,
    • Establish the social report: social indicators – absenteeism, discipline, training, staff movements

 

Skills and Abilities

Know how

  • Mastery of office tools specialized in human resources management
  • Good legal knowledge related to social law
  • Knowledge of payroll management techniques

Know-how

  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a sense of diplomacy
  • Be patient, pedagogue and available
  • Be organized and methodical
