Missions :
- Participate in the administrative management of personnel and take charge of the entire payroll management of the company’s employees.
- Analyze and synthesize information and social data that will allow the company to optimize its human resources management policy and its financial costs.
Activities
Administration RH
- Ensure compliance with the labor code and the company’s internal regulations (respect of schedules, dress code, etc.).
- Apply the regulations of the collective agreement and company agreements.
- Ensure and monitor all time management processes (absenteeism, employee presenteeism),
- Apply consequences and disciplinary measures.
- Prepare all regulatory documents related to personnel management:
- Establish employment contracts and amendments,
- Prepare the balances of all accounts,
- Ensure affiliations with various funds.
- Maintain the administrative files of each employee up to date.
Payroll management
- Prepare the fixed (seniority, leave) and variable (profit-sharing, bonus, overtime, illness, accident) elements of the payroll,
- Make the necessary entries in the automatic payroll calculation software
- Edit salary reports
- Prepare salary transfer orders
- Monitor the disinterestedness of employees (effective payment of monthly balances)
- Establish mandatory declarations
- Pay social security contributions
- Ensure the timeliness, regularity and parsimony of salary costs
- Permanently optimize payroll costs
- Ensure the permanent adequacy between the payroll and the level of activity
- Ensure the adequacy between the payroll and the workforce
- Permanently ensure compliance of each salary with the salary scale, employment contracts and the various validated salary review reports
- Ensure legal compliance of the payroll (adequacy of payroll with legal, regulatory and conventional requirements)
Collection and analysis of social data
- Create payroll and workforce indicators (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, internal climate, strikes, time management, mobility, etc.)
- Collect, analyze and synthesize information and quantitative social data.
- Check the consistency and reliability of social data.
Surveys and statistical studies
- Respond to occasional requests for information.
- Ensure monthly data reporting: creation of monthly dashboards on several social indicators (workforce, age pyramid, seniority, turnover, etc.).
- Carry out specific studies (monitoring and analysis of HR indicators, professional equality, cost of training, costs of HR projects, cost of absenteeism, evolution of the payroll, etc.).
Conseil RH
- Continually engage in dialogue with employees, social partners and staff representative bodies,
- Respond to staff concerns and participate in HR projects
- Alert about possible abuses (e.g. increased absenteeism, deterioration of the social climate, etc.)
- Set up specific indicators and alerts
- Propose action plans to improve human resources management
- Measure and anticipate the financial costs of management and HR policy
Reporting RH
- Maintain all social dashboards to monitor the Financial Management of Human Resources: Absenteeism, Payroll, Workforce, Leave, Loans, advances and salary deposits, Work accidents, Social security,
- Analyze the collected data
- Report social data to company management.
- Participate in the development of the company’s social report.
Social and regulatory monitoring
- Monitor remuneration levels and regulatory developments
