Recruitment notice: PBF expert Renfort & Action + SARL

Renfort & Action +  is a consulting firm bringing together a network of consultants and experts specializing in the field of project management. Renfort & Action + provides and implements effective solutions to projects with high technical and organizational complexity.

As part of an evaluation of the pilot phase,  R&A+ is looking for  a PBF expert with the following profile:

Training at Bac + 5 level in Public Procurement, Public Finance, Management, Law, Economics, Engineering or any other equivalent diploma;
PBF training; 
Have participated in at least one (01) implementation mission of the Performance-Based Financing (PBF) Mechanism, during the last seven (07) years;
Have experience in writing or revising a PBF procedure manual;
Competence in public procurement and/or Audit would be an asset; 
Have the ability to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the functional implementation of a PBF mechanism to propose areas for improving and strengthening the performance of a PBF process,
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork;
Fluent in French and/or English;
Computer skills.
