LA REGIONALE BANK 1st financial institution listed on the BVMAC is looking for the needs of its services: A PERMANENT CONTROL AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER

General mission: Coordinate permanent control activities and implement a global process for managing the risks of non-compliance with the within LA REGIONALE BANK

Activities

Define and implement the bank’s internal control framework
Control the proper application of embargoes and other sanctions;
Lead and coordinate the monitoring of the permanent control process; Protect and safeguard the bank’s assets;
Participate in the improvement of performance and contribute to the creation of value;
Check the execution and traceability of first level controls;
Identify the areas not covered by the control procedures and make proposals for controls to be put in place;
Ensure the reliability and integrity of the financial information communicated,
Manage and coordinate the execution of the recommendations emanating from the periodic control, the statutory auditors and the regulator;

Ensure control of the risk of non-compliance
Identify and ensure monitoring of the scope of compliance
Carry out a mapping of non-compliance risks in order to identify the risk management systems and the action plans to be put in place

Implement implement a specific control plan for non-compliance risks
Collect incidents related to non-compliance risks
Put in place procedures to fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism
PROFILE

Have a Bac +5 level of study in Control, management of banking risks, audit, banking, accounting compliance, risk management,
Enjoy a banking professional experience of at least 5 years in the areas of control and compliance;
Master banking regulations in the areas of control and compliance;
