General Management Assistant CDI / Supervisor

Position based in Nkoteng / Mbandjock

MISSIONS
Ensure the receipt and issuance of internal and external mail from the General Management
. Perform all administrative tasks related to the Executive Secretariat (Entering documents, receiving
dispatching and archiving mail, etc.);
. Write reports and summary statements during meetings with management;
• Organize the General Manager’s agenda;
Ensure logistics during
employee travel inside and outside the national territory (reservation of plane tickets,
hotel, visa, passport, etc.);
• Establish cash out documents;
• Ensure the purchase of stamps for all correspondence
from the General Management;
He . Ensure the ration orders within the framework of the restricted meetings of the General Management;

PROFILE
. BAC in Economics, or any other equivalent diploma
03 years of professional experience.
– Have interpersonal skills, a good spirit of analysis and synthesis, be organized. curious and open-minded, have a sense of discretion and diplomacy.
– Have a good knowledge of administrative writing techniques; Have a mastery of the office package. Be fully bilingual.
