The  SUCCESS CONSULTS firm  is recruiting 01 Senior Trainer on the subject of PLANNING THE MAINTENANCE OF LIFTING, HANDLING  AND PUBLIC WORKS DEVICES in order to  provide training for the staff of an industrial company.

 

 

TRAINER’S MISSIONS:

• Prepare training documents (Learner manual and powerpoint projection)
• Hold the training session,
• Carry out post-formal follow-up of trainees if necessary,

NB :

• The Expert Trainer must offer the major training modules,
• The training methodology,
• The Expert Trainer must attach to his application his financial claims in terms of  daily fees ,

 

 

REQUIRED PROFILE

• M/F Between 45 – 60 years old

• Between 15-20 years of professional experience in the maintenance of lifting, handling and construction equipment in large-scale companies,

• Min Bac + 3/5 in automobile maintenance or equivalent,
• Very good mastery of maintenance planning processes, preventive and corrective maintenance,
• Very good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Very good command of standards for the maintenance of lifting, handling and construction equipment,
• Have training certificates from well-known dealers (Cami, Tractafric, Manitou, etc.)
• Good knowledge of HSE,
• At least 03 years of experience in training professionals and business personnel on such themes,
• Ability to design training manuals,
• Ability to design interesting formative slides with Powerpoint,
• Good speech,

 

 

DURATION OF THE TRAINING MISSION

• The training course will take place in Douala,
