Description

Missions & Main activities

Ensure the implementation of new products, services and projects in accordance with the strategic axes

§ Organize and manage the Operational Committee of Orange Cameroon

 

 

 

§ Guarantee the respect of the TTM governance in alignment with the global governance of the company.

§ Propose and deploy tools to ensure the alignment of strategic & transformational projects with the Company’s Strategy

§ Coordinate the proper execution, operational management, monitoring and reporting of strategic projects in conjunction with project managers.

 

 

§ Control the deliverables of the files submitted for validation in accordance with the TTM repository

§ Ensure the preparation of the agenda of the TTM governance meetings, the secretariat of the meetings, and the archiving of the decision reports.

§ Systematically organize the Q4 of projects

 

Provide support to operational staff in the execution of Orange Cameroon’s strategy

§ Ensure the development and effective operation of the tool for monitoring the performance of the Transformation program ‘OCM

§ Contribute to strategic governance through the animation of PMO Strategy Collaboratives, the organization of Strategy Committees and strategic Seminars dedicated to OCM Staff

§ Support the change manager in his communication, awareness and training missions on the Company’s strategy

Provide methodological support to project managers in the execution of Orange Cameroon’s strategic projects

Qualifications

Training: BAC + 5 Management / Marketing / Trade / Finance / Engineering / Communication

Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in the Management of cross-functional projects and/or Management of external partners
