JOB: CECIC is recruiting a Portfolio Manager

As part of strengthening the sales force in the city of Yaoundé, the microfinance establishment CECIC SA is actively looking for a Portfolio Manager.

MISSIONS
To constitute. develop and maintain a healthy credit portfolio;
Evaluate credit repayment capacity and guarantees.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
Prospect potential customers

Collect, record and analyze credit applications
Write summary notes following the analysis of credit files;
Monitor the disbursement of credits validated by the committee, as well as customer reimbursements;
Monitor the revolution in customer activity and the use they make of their loan;
Monitor the recovery of unpaid debts,
Write reports on its credit portfolio and carry out competitive monitoring in relation to the sector of activity.
Inform customers of other services and products offered by the structure and facilitate their access to them.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Mastery of office tools (Word. Excel)
Financial data analysis skills
Commercial skills
Managerial skills, mastery of banking software (Sopra banking) would be an asset

PROFILE WANTED
Training Minimum BAC+ 2 in commercial action, banking and finance or any other field of finance.
Experience: minimum one (01) year of experience in credit procedures in the field of microfinance or banking;
Perfect mastery of the city of Yaoundé.
