Position: Sales Representative
Become an Owner in the Country, whose mission is to support Cameroonians in the acquisition of their real estate projects.

As part of this job offer, we would like to recruit an experienced salesperson for the following tasks:
Under the authority of general management, the person holding the position is responsible for:

Prospect at least 50 people per day,
Chat with customers in sales WhatsApp groups
Negotiate sales by WhatsApp, telephone and social networks,
Take incoming calls for the sales department and know how to provide answers
Make appointments (telephone prospecting and customer meetings), qualify needs and manage the appointment schedule
Prepare quotes for customers and close sales,
Make online presentations of the company’s products to customers.
Follow up with customers and follow up on current deals.
Follow up with customers for current quotes in coordination with the teams

Training and experience

Bac to Bac + 2 commercial;
Proactive, with a good sense of customer service;
Excellent relational and organizational skills;
Relevant work experience in a similar function;
Excellent command of the French language in writing;
Mastery of common office software (MS Office suite, etc.);
