The SUCCESS CONSULTS firm is recruiting for one of its clients, a company specializing in the mass distribution of branded consumer food products and headquartered in Douala, with agencies in 05 regions of the country, A LARGE PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION SALES MANAGER GREAT CONSUMPTION.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the authority of the Director General, its main activities will be:

• Contribute to the significant increase in the turnover of the company,
• Contribute to the organization of the sales department,
• Designing the business strategy,
• Develop the commercial segment of hotels, supermarkets, restaurants and premium brands,
• Ensure the customer relationship with key account partners and supermarkets in order to retain them,
• Supervise the activities and work of sales staff and hostesses in supermarkets and various points of sale,
• Coordinate and control point-of-sale delivery operations,
• Ensure competitive intelligence,
• Produce monthly sales statistics,
• Coordinate the management of orders,
• Supervise a team of sales representatives and area managers,

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• M/F between 25 and 35 years old,
• Min Bac+ 3 in Marketing or equivalent,
• Min 07 years of experience in large food distribution (required),
• Proven experience in the development of luxury segments in the sale of consumer food products,
• Proven experience in managing sales teams on a regional or national scale,
• Good mastery of Sage Commercial Management,
• Mastery of the pack Office
• Loyal and courteous,
• High sense of responsibility,
• Ability to withstand pressure
• Immediately available
