The SUCCESS CONSULTS firm is recruiting for one of its clients, a company specializing in the mass distribution of branded consumer food products and headquartered in Douala, with agencies in 05 regions of the country, A LARGE PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION SALES MANAGER GREAT CONSUMPTION.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the authority of the Director General, its main activities will be:
- Contribute to the significant increase in the turnover of the company,
- Contribute to the organization of the sales department,
- Designing the business strategy,
- Develop the commercial segment of hotels, supermarkets, restaurants and premium brands,
- Ensure the customer relationship with key account partners and supermarkets in order to retain them,
- Supervise the activities and work of sales staff and hostesses in supermarkets and various points of sale,
- Coordinate and control point-of-sale delivery operations,
- Ensure competitive intelligence,
- Produce monthly sales statistics,
- Coordinate the management of orders,
- Supervise a team of sales representatives and area managers,
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- M/F between 25 and 35 years old,
- Min Bac+ 3 in Marketing or equivalent,
- Min 07 years of experience in large food distribution (required),
- Proven experience in the development of luxury segments in the sale of consumer food products,
- Proven experience in managing sales teams on a regional or national scale,
- Good mastery of Sage Commercial Management,
- Mastery of the pack Office
- Loyal and courteous,
- High sense of responsibility,
- Ability to withstand pressure
- Immediately available
