THE PRESELECTION OF 20 MUNICIPAL POLICE AGENTS IN THE COMMUNITY OF MOKOLO

With a view to combating urban disarray and public health in the municipal district of Mokolo, the Mayor is launching a call for applications for the preselection of twenty (20) Municipal Police officers.

RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES

Recruitment will be done in (02) two phases:

First phase:

The pre-selection of 20 candidates following the following criteria:

✓ Be of Cameroonian nationality

✓ Hold a BEPC or CAP

✓ Have never been convicted of a crime or misdemeanor

✓ Be physically and mentally fit

–          Be aged between 18 and 30 years at most on January 1, 2024

 

 

 

Second phase (final selection) following the criteria

✓ Carry out a pre-employment internship at the Municipality

✓ Meet the requirements of the profession in accordance with the assigned missions ✓ Select the first (10) ten for contracting

 

MAIN MISSIONS

–          Surveillance of municipal buildings;

–          Support for municipal revenue in revenue collection;

–          Control and verification of titles and authorizations issued by the Mayor;

–          The demolition of buildings constructed without a building permit;

–          Intervention to prevent or remedy untoward events which could be caused by the wandering of animals;

–          The health of edible foodstuffs displayed for sale, jointly with the competent sectoral administrations;

–          The safety and convenience of passage on streets, quays, squares and public roads;

–          The transport of deceased persons, burial and exhumation, the maintenance of good order and decency in cemeteries, without it being permitted to establish distinctions or particular prescriptions due to the circumstances which accompanied the death.

 

 

Composition of the application file:

Any person wishing to apply will send by physical mail to the Mayor of the Municipality of Mokolo the file including:

– A handwritten request stamped at 500 CFA Francs (municipal stamp)

– Certified photocopy of the birth certificate

– Certified copy of the CNI

– A medical certificate of fitness

– A criminal record extract dated less than 3 months ago.

– Certified copy of the diploma

– A certificate of address stamped at 500 Frs (municipal stamp)

An information sheet

– A curriculum vitae with full address

Complete files must be submitted to the Private Secretariat of the Mayor of the Municipality of Mokolo no later than March 15, 2024 at 3:30 p.m.
