Area of ​​supply: Poultry farming Location: Ebolowa , Cameroon  

Type of contract: CDD 11 months which can lead to a CDI

 

 

 

FERME PARENTAL DU SUD is currently looking in the city of Ebolowa in the field of livestock, an Assistant in the poultry production activity

ASSIGNMENTS

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Assistant will be responsible for:

–          Participate in the production of day-old chicks (incubation of OAC);

–          Collaborate closely with the technical manager on all aspects of production ;

–          Ensure the cleaning, upkeep, disinfection, troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment;

–          Respect and enforce internal procedures, particularly in terms of biosecurity and health monitoring

–                  –            Control and validate the daily production monitoring documents.

–                  –             Respect the activity schedule;

–                  –             Be attentive to the remarks of the breeders and propose competitive improvements, etc.

–                  –           Be endowed with good interpersonal skills and a great capacity for adaptation;

–                  –            Being responsive and available;

–                   –           Knowing how to follow the instructions while maintaining a certain rigor and autonomy in the work;

–          Ability to work under pressure

 

 

PROFILE

 

–          Technician in electromechanical / electrical engineering, experience in the poultry field is desired

–          Specific experience in incubation activity is  desired

–          Good knowledge of techniques related to the life cycle of poultry,

–          Knowledge of health rules, traceability and animal welfare

–          Proficiency in MS Office tools
