4. A Project Accountant (M/F)
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Accountant will have the following roles and responsibilities:
Ensure the integrity of accounting information through reviews to address compliance and quality of operations and financial reports. Lead the budget preparation and review process
Make monthly social security tax declarations and follow up on their payment
Reconcile daily, monthly and annual transactions.
Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems. Review and analyze supporting documents for financial transactions to ensure that all required documents are accurate and complete.
Record financial transactions after obtaining appropriate authorizations, Review various accounts for irregularities.
Be a key point of contact for other departments and donors on financial and accounting matters.
Prepare various periodic financial reports, as required, and perform variance analyzes to facilitate decision-making and the proper management of financial resources.
Execute assigned treasury tasks (payment/fundraising, cash forecasting, etc.) if segregation of duties is ensured.

His required profile
Hold a Bac+3 diploma in the field of accounting
Have professional experience of at least 3 years in a similar public health project
Be able to communicate in French and English
