Recruitment notice: PROJECT MANAGER
CAMEROON EMPLOYMENT SERVICES , a company specializing in human resources management, supporting businesses and young people in achieving their professional objectives, is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER for one of its clients.
Description of the offer As a representative of the project manager, he is responsible for managing the projects in the portfolio, i.e. monitoring and supervising the proper execution of the projects in the portfolio from start to finish while respecting the budget. allocated, as well as prescribed deadlines by coordinating the actions necessary for their achievement.
Assume responsibility for the different phases of projects, and their successful completion.
– Organize and manage relationships with stakeholders involved in projects: the client(s)/partners/suppliers in order to identify their needs.
– Master (be able to constantly adapt) and optimize the distribution of resources (in labor, materials, etc.) with a view to arriving at an optimal or lower cost solution.
Main activities ;
– Take charge of the project from the specifications to the user/client recipe and its deployment
– Monitor the design of the project (customer needs, functional specification, subdivisions, deliverables, acceptance criteria, etc.)
– Manage the project by constituting, organizing, coordinating and leading the project team according to the specifications (client request, budget, deadlines, etc.)
– Deliver the project at the quality level expected by the client
– Identify the difficulties and risks inherent to the projects in the portfolio and propose actions to mitigate or manage these risks
– Ensure the profitability of projects in each of their respective phases
– Ensure follow-up with project stakeholders
– Ensure the archiving of project data – Ensure regular authentic and sincere reporting on the progress of projects for the attention of General Management. – Carry out control and verification missions on the progress of the work – Please ensure proper compliance with project specifications (budget, deadlines, means and resources, etc.) – Issue opinions on the financial needs of projects in the portfolio – Participate in project stage validation meetings – Formalize and write up the decisions taken within the framework of projects. Specific activities – Negotiate services with suppliers/partners – Participate in the development of responses to calls for tenders – Evaluate and advance the professionals working on your project – Reread and assimilate the levels of commitments reflected in the contract – Participate in the search for financing by providing the necessary data |
Take charge and management of all other specific activities entrusted to him by the hierarchy.
KNOW
The position holder must have:
- Academic level : Design engineer (Civil-Computer-Industrial-Mechanical Engineering…or any equivalent diploma, or certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI (Project Management Institute or IPMA (International Project Management Association)
- Professional experience : 05 years in industrial project management
