01PROJECT MANAGER / MONITORING EVALUATION :

–        Bac + 4/5 years in economics, management, social sciences, monitoring and evaluation, or in a related field

–        Minimum 03 years of relevant previous professional experience, particularly in the context of projects financed by international donors and NGOs

–        Practical knowledge of the use of software dedicated to project management (ACCESS, EXCEL, EPI DATA, etc.)

–        Organizational skills, analytical rigor and compliance with deadlines required for the production and transmission of documents

 

 

 




 

–        Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues from different functions and cultures

–        Good knowledge of the Northern and Adamaoua regions

–        Good knowledge of the municipalities ofMEIGANGA, NGAOUNDERE 2nd ,  TIGNERE, NGAN-HA, NGAOUNDAL, GAROUA 1st and    POLI.

 

 

 

–        Very good management and coordination skills

–        Ability to write technical reports

–        Ability to work under pressure

–        Mastery of local languages ​​is an asset

–        Mastery of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet

–        Perfect command, written and oral, of French and/or English

  1. Places of execution of the contract:
    The places of execution of the personnel contract are: the municipalities of MEIGANGA, NGAOUNDERE 2nd, TIGNERE, NGAN-HA, NGAOUNDAL, GAROUA 1st and POLI, with travel to the regions of Adamaoua and the North.

    3. Working Conditions:

    Employment contract under local law
    Remuneration according to profile, experience and budgetary availability
    Duration of the fixed contract: 12 months with trial period of 02 months for all staff except Municipal Coaches who have 06 months with period of 01 month trial.
    Starting date: October 1, 2023 and upon signature of the contract.

    4. Deadline for submitting applications:

    In closed envelopes with the mention: “N° 001 GIZ PARSE DE/DAF/2023 FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF PROJECT STAFF for the position of ………”, the documents to be provided are: • a cover letter • a

    CV

    the photocopy of the latest diploma or certificate
    • proof of experience
    • half a 4×4 photo
    • a photocopy of the national identity card
    • a medical certificate dating from less than one month
    • two references
    • salary claim

    To be submitted in Yaoundé,no later than Wednesday, September 20 at 4:15 p.m. strict deadline, at the level of the NGO JAPSSO located in Bastos, on the Fifth Level of the Building between the Russian Embassy and the Spanish Embassy.

    Any incomplete file, sent late or submitted to the partners will be purely and simply rejected.
