As part of the launch of its AIR+ project, Advans Cameroon is looking for a “PMO”
AIR+ is a major digital transformation program involving a new IT strategy and significant changes in: infrastructure, workspace, security, mobility as well as IT solutions (including migration to a new banking system ).
Under the responsibility of the General Management of the subsidiary, you will support and be involved in the implementation of the program in close collaboration with the team dedicated to the Project.

What will your missions be?
Ensure the proper planning and proper conduct of Air+ committees and the monitoring of the action plan resulting from said committee;
Supervise the delivery of activities related to the Air + project in accordance with the specifications;
Manage and ensure the delivery of the local test plan, organizational and execution tests as well as local failover;
Organize sessions to effectively solve problems and federate local teams;
Manage local logistics allowing the program to progress.
Participate in the coordination of functional developments and tests in computer systems;
Participate in change management with users;
Carry out permanent reports to General Management on the progress of the Air+ project as well as the budget allocated to it;
Monitor any risks related to the project and ensure the quality component of the Air + project.
Profile / Profile:
Skills and Qualities required:
Skills
Have good project management skills;
Have a good capacity for analysis and synthesis;
Mastery of computer software (Word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, etc.);
Competence in conceptualization and modeling of Information Systems;
A Project Management Professional certification (PMP from the Project Management Institute-PMI) is an asset.
Good knowledge of English and French (oral and written);
Qualities:
Sense of organization and communication;
Have the skills of transmission;
Have a sense of leadership and team spirit;
Have good interpersonal skills;
Ability to work under pressure essential;
Be proactive.
Profile required:
Level of studies: Bac+4; Experience in microfinance would be an asset;
Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience including internships, particularly in digital project management;
Experience in the implementation of an IT solution project and familiarity with the terms “Functional design, test plan, transition…” is required;
Have already participated from start to finish in the deployment of an IT solution;
