JOB OFFERS Available: PURCHASING MANAGER
The ARCHIPEL CM training firm is urgently looking for a partner company A PURCHASING MANAGER .
REQUIRED PROFILE :
– Age: 25 – 35 years old
– Required experience: 3 to 5 years (academic internship excluded).
– Language: French / English
– Gender: Female
– Minimum academic background: Master’s degree.
ASSIGNMENTS :
-Evaluate the company’s supply needs;
– Prospect suppliers and assess the concordance of their proposals with the needs within the framework of the purchasing strategy;
-Set up a supplier database, evaluate it and keep it up to date;
– Negotiate purchasing conditions: price, quality, lead time, volume and after-sales service;
– Negotiate delivery times and payments with suppliers;
-Manage purchase operations and control of stocks delivered to customers and service providers;
-Manage direct relationships with the client to ensure
understanding, identifying and rationalizing needs;
-Collect the expression of purchasing needs and participate in conjunction with prescribers in defining the right need;
-Prepare and follow the purchasing budget;
-Follow the stocks of goods;
– Check the payment of suppliers in connection with the financial department, report on its activity;
-Perform an annual review of supplier performance according to criteria (rating) defined with the purchasing department, update their KPIs in the database.
SKILLS
– Academic level: Bac + 4 minimum in management / management / economics, supplemented by a specialization in the field of purchasing
– Professional experience: 4 years minimum in the same position – Leadership, negotiation.
