For the needs of its services, the Factory Management of LA PASTA SA is looking for candidates in the city of Kribi for the position of:

QHSE SUPERVISOR (1)
PURPOSE:

Ensure the implementation of quality, health, safety and environment provisions within the company, in order to guarantee a system consistent with the expectations of interested parties
MAIN MISSIONS:

Monitor the implementation of actions resulting from audits (safety, environmental, quality, safety)
Participate in internal and external audits

Support staff in implementing preventive actions related to the various identified risks
Carry out process reviews of the workshops defined in the plant and measure their level of maturity, opportunities for improvement
Follow up the development and/or updating of cleaning and phytosanitary treatment plans according to the risks and equipment
Monitor the implementation of improvement actions resulting from the hygiene index
Plan and carry out the measurement of the hygiene index and the inter-site safety index
Ensure waste management (tracking and traceability) and monitor the implementation of the waste management plan
Ensure compliance with good hygiene practices and good manufacturing practices
Update the risks and dangers of the site
Develop and implement safety and security rules and instructions specific to the site
Plan and carry out emergency situations on the site

PROFILE / SKILLS:

Minimum Bac+3 in Quality Health Safety Environment or equivalent
Professional experience of at least 3 years in health and safety quality ideally within an industry
Good knowledge of problem solving methods (cause tree, QQOCCP, diagram, Pareto, etc.) and procedures writing techniques
Good mastery of the principles, QHSE standards and regulations
Knowledge of risk and hazard analysis
