Missions & Main activities
Guarantee the availability and quality of resources and services on his domain
Carry out the permanent audit of the network and resources and ensure the management of capacity Management with engineering
Evaluate on a permanent basis network key performance indicators
Prepare the life dashboard of network resources and services on a daily basis
Support operational teams during the application of incident and change management procedures
Manage end-to-end post-incident analyzes and establish curative action plans
Provide support to Front-Office Operations teams in incident and crisis management
Actively participate in rapid incident resolution, prevention plans and change validation.
Provide support to Front-Office Operations teams in incident and crisis management
Be involved in the validation of the TMM/i-TTM (Test Maturity Model/Time To Market) process on behalf of operations
Monitor and validate architecture modifications with engineering
Manage MSPs (Managed Service Providers) RNOC (Radio Network Operation Center) and GNOC (Global Network Operation Center) for mastery of operational processes (incidents and changes) on the RAN network
Ensure strict compliance with operational processes for incidents and changes in the RAN domain.
Actively participate in projects around the RAN ecosystem in the design phases, production of new sites, 3G/4G extensions and transfer to operation
Provide support to project teams in design, delivery and transfer to operation of projects directly and indirectly related to the RAN domain.
Coordinate End-to-End analyzes and network QOS plans
Orchestrate the plans and programs put in place to improve the network QOS.
Qualifications
Education: Engineer Bac+5 telecoms or IT networks, Management training / project management
Experience: 2 years minimum in a network and/or IT operating position
