RECEPTION MANAGER (M/F)

Luckily, this position is for you!
We are looking for a Reception Manager who will perform the following tasks:
Manage, supervise and control the work of the reception team
- Ensure the smooth running of the various reception shifts and compliance with the Group’s quality procedures/standards
- Ensure the interface with the various departments of the establishment
- Respond to customer complaints and requests
- Manage daily receipts and invoicing
- Monitor accounts receivable in coordination with management
- Oversee reservations

You are the image of our company and represent the values of the company.
Thanks to your experience in the hotel industry, you are ready to take on challenges.
Desired skills :
- Professional experience as a Hotel Head Receptionist
- Experience with hotel reservation software, such as Hotel Soft de Barcles, HotelPro, Hotis, iPlan etc…
- Knowledge of how booking sites work, such as Booking and TripAdvisor
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A diploma in hotel management would be a plus
