1. Purpose of the call for applications

As part of the implementation of its activities, the NGO JAPSSO launches a call for applications for the recruitment of:

01/ REGIONAL CENTRE-SOUTH-EAST MONITORING AND EVALUATION MANAGER
– Bac + 3 years in economics, management, business law, social sciences, monitoring and evaluation or in a related field –
Minimum 02 years of professional experience including 01 year of professional experience relevant previous experience, particularly in the context of projects funded by international donors or NGOs
– Having worked in a similar position
– Practical knowledge of the use of software dedicated to project management (ACCESS, EXCEL, EPI DATA, etc. )
– Sense of organization, analytical rigor and respect of deadlines required for the production and transmission of documents
– Ensure regional monitoring and evaluation
– Ensure the collection and analysis of regional project data
– Assist in the design of monitoring and evaluation tools
– Very good coaching and coordination skills
– Ability to write technical reports
– Ability to establish strong working relationships with colleagues from different functions and cultures
– Ability to work under pressure
– Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet
– Perfect command, written and oral, of French and/or English

2. Places of performance of the contract:
The places of performance of the staff contract are: Yaoundé, with travel in the ten regions for the staff of the National Support Office and the regions of the Centre, South and East for the staff of the Centre, South and East Regional Coordination.

3. Working conditions:

Employment contract under local law
Remuneration according to profile, experience and budget availability
Duration of the fixed contract: 10 months with a trial period of 02 months.
Starting date: March 2023 upon signature of the contract.

• a letter of motivation
• a CV
• a photocopy of the last diploma or certificate
• proof of experience
• a half 4*4 photo
• a photocopy of the national identity card
• a medical certificate dating back less than a year months
• two references
• the salary claim

To be submitted in Yaoundé, no later than Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 4 p.m.deadline, at the level of the NGO JAPSSO located in Bastos, on the Fifth Level of the Building between the Russian Embassy and the Spanish Embassy.
