Assignment :

MAIN MISSIONS

• Understand the strategy implemented by General Management and translate it into operational action plans;
• Research and identify any business opportunity for the company and particularly land opportunities.
• Develop and implement a medium and long term development plan for each investment.

ACTIVITIES

• Collection and analysis of relevant information for studies (land, buildings, etc.)
• Development of a land prospecting strategy and implementation of a commercial approach;
• Collaboration with the administrative services of the Ministry of Lands, town halls and municipalities;
• Realization of feasibility studies;
• Support for the development of ToRs in the context of calls for tenders;
• Support to the legal department in domain law;
• Development of tools for monitoring company studies;
• Real-time availability of performance indicators for consolidation and performance monitoring;
• Monitoring compliance with procedures.

Profile :

• Bac+5 in engineering/project management/law/audit or equivalent
• 8 years of experience
