Responsible

for monitoring progress actions and Non-conformities:
Carries out assessments Non-conformities;
Monitors the implementation of progress actions;
Follows up on the evaluation of the effectiveness of progress actions and the definition of complementary actions if necessary;
Monitors the processing of internal and external customer complaints;
Ensures the quality of processing and monitoring of non-conformities and improvement actions.

PROFILE RESEARCH
Basic training: DUT, Professional License in Computer Science, Management, Statistics, Mathematics;
Experience of at least one (01) year

KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
Have clear and precise knowledge of Statistics;
Have clear and precise knowledge of IT;
Know how to adapt quality improvement tools to reality;
Ability to analyze and synthesize;
Team spirit and cooperation;
Sense of results and priorities; ability to communicate with ease and clarity;
Good command of Excel
Position based in Douala
