VISION FINANCE SA IS RECRUITING
ONE (01) RISK MANAGER
Location: Yaoundé – Cameroon.
Main mission: The risk manager will be responsible for:
– Identifying and analyzing various risks;
– To develop risk management controls and emergency plans
and communicate recommendations to the General Management.
I. MAIN ACTIVITIES – Define, deploy and lead the company
‘s risk management system , – Propose optimized processing solutions; – Participate in the development and updating of risk mapping; – Contribute to the development and implementation of a risk management plan; – Ensure compliance, ethics and good governance ; – Contribute to disseminating and implementing the risk culture within the company as well as the implementation of the risk prevention policy. II. SKILLS Basic profile: – Holder of at least Bac+4/5 in Accounting and Finance, Audit and management control, management; – And/or 03 years of professional experience preferably in a banking environment; – Have strong analytical skills (ability to extract, compile and analyze data); – Have good organizational and monitoring skills; – Have good verbal and written communication skills in French; – Have good knowledge of information systems management. VISION FINANCE SA 2nd category microfinance institution

Technical skills:
– Ability to listen, observe and analyze;
– Good knowledge of risk management;
– Ability to negotiate and propose developments likely to improve
the performance of the audited units;
– Ability to write clearly and concisely;
– Mastery of basic IT tools (World, Excel, PowerPoint);
– Mastery of process modeling techniques;

– Knowledge of methods, standards and procedures for conducting
audit missions;
– Solid financial knowledge;
– Knowledge and understanding of budgetary mechanisms and
expenditure procedures in force within the company;
– Mastery of the accounting organization of the system;
– You enjoy working in a team and are resistant to stress;
– Your responsiveness and availability will allow you to
fully flourish within our company.
