Job title: SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Duration Of The Trial: Three (03) months

Availability: Immediate

 

 




 

JOB ACTIVITIES
   Main mission : Optimally manage the sales process from receipt of the order to payment of the invoice and participate in the development of sales.

–        Define order processing procedures;

–        Define delivery schedules according to priorities;

–        Organize and manage sales contracts;

–        Analyze sales and propose promotional actions;

–        Collect and process complaints from FDV customers;

–        Negotiate the conditions of sale and draft customer protocols;

–        Coordinate and administer the dispatch of orders and ensure that the order is communicated to the customer;

–        Follow the sales force in achieving the objectives assigned to it;

–        Prospecting for new customers;

–        Inform customers about the status of their balances;

–        Train the sales force in modern sales techniques;

–        Perform any other professional tasks entrusted by the hierarchy.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED REQUIRED SKILLS
 

Academic level: BACC +3 in Marketing-Sales

 

Professional experience: Three (03) years minimum.

 

Knowledge in:

                                  

–        International Trade

–        Negotiation and sale

–        Good knowledge in accounting and finance

–        Mastery of computer tools (SAP/SAGE software, etc., spreadsheet, word processing, etc.) and telephone

 

 

Expertise

–        Validate and record orders;

–        Proceed with invoicing;

–        Dealing with disputes, claims and litigation;

–        Establish dashboards related to commercial activity;

–        Establish commercial forecasts;

–        Establish sales contracts;

–        Propose areas for improvement of the activity;

–        Trigger a production order and send it to the department concerned;

–        Follow the manufacturing steps of the products;

–        Analyze sales results by geographic area, by market and by customer;

–        Inform customers about product availability and delivery times

Know-how

–        A sense of listening and availability;

–        A strong ability to anticipate;

–        A sense of initiative;

–        Fluency in English;

–        Dynamism, self-control, autonomy;

–        A sense of animation;

–        Relational ease;

–        Rigor, organization and sense of priorities
