YOUR DUTIES
Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the Handling Sales Advisor is responsible for
prospecting and selling the handling equipment represented by Tractafric Equipment, as well as its accessories in its geographical sector, in compliance with the objectives of margins, turnover and the quantities assigned to it.
MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE FUNCTION
1) Commercial prospecting:
Establish and implement a prospecting plan in conjunction with the Energy sales manager: create and manage a file of prospects
Respond to calls for tenders issued by prospects
Organize the day before << market>>, find the necessary technical and commercial information (analysis of customers, suppliers, etc.)
2) Negotiation – Sale:
Present an offer: proposed technical solution, quote or price outline
Transmit the samples to the customer as well as the necessary documentation
Establish and have signed the sales contracts
Ensure the collection of debts
3) Commercial information management:
Transmit the reports of visits and the sales contracts to his hierarchy
Ensure the transmission of commercial information to the sales administration teams
Follow up on its commercial objectives (turnover, margins)
Feed the commercial management dashboards
Transmit strategic technical and commercial information from the field to the departments concerned (technical , marketing, etc.)
Inform your manager about customer observations or complaints
Prepare sales plans and follow promotional plans with his manager
4) Management and development of customer relations Manage and
develop a customer portfolio:
Analyze customer needs and identify business opportunities
Propose new solutions: product developments, presentation a new range of products, a global offer, etc.
Ensure the quality of products upon receipt from the customer
Ensure compliance with contract clauses
Provide maintenance advice
Ensure customer satisfaction
YOUR SKILLS/YOUR PROFILE
BTS, DUT or engineering school level is required
Usual English
Usual software under Windows environment
02 years minimum of experience as a salesperson or technical salesperson
Position based in DOUALA-Cameroon
Contract: CDI
