Under the direction of the Administrative and Financial Director, the Sales Agents will have the following missions:

1. Operation

· To inform the clients

Sell ​​pre-paid subscriptions for toll passage (NFC cards and QR code)

· Reloading of subscriber cards

· Provide telephone answers to users

Prepare responses to emails, letters from users

2. Reporting

· Prepare and write activity reports

Complete the indicators

Minimum education level Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

· Ease in the use of computer tools and excellent command of common office software (MS Word, Excel,)

· Previous experience in customer relations
