Entity and activity:
Air Liquide has been present in Cameroon since 1952.
We accompany and support the development of our customers in many areas by offering them a wide range of products and services: industrial gases, medical gases, equipment and consumables, welding equipment , hygiene products and fire protection.
We have a local production site which includes: oxygen and nitrogen storage tanks in liquid form, an acetylene production unit, a carbon dioxide conditioning center and an argon.
Missions & Responsibilities
The Sales & Marketing Manager will:
Implement the commercial policy validated by the director and which is consistent with the marketing orientations of the RAC.
Implement and coordinate ambitious commercial action plans to guarantee the growth of turnover, the defense and development of market shares.
Ensures the profitability of activities in the various market segments.
Ensure the control of the activity, organize and animate the sales network, measure and reinforce the performance of the sales force.
Guarantee Customer Satisfaction and develop loyalty actions.
Manage the relationship and participate in or lead negotiations for major accounts.
Ensure responsibility for the customer overdraft, in coordination with the credit manager, the actions necessary for the effective collection of customer receivables
Profile & Skills:
Level of training:
-Bac + 3 to 5 or in the commercial / Marketing field
Master the French language
and English would be an asset
Experience:
– At least 5 years of relevant experience as Sales/Marketing Manager
– Experience in team management
– Experience in sales
– Experience in the industrial sector or within a multinational would be an asset
Required technical skills:
-Gas applications and application equipment
-Equipment for implementing gas
-Sales techniques and sales force efficiency
-Knowledge of customer businesses (process)
-Market knowledge: Market analysis and studies
-Project management and profitability study
-Management and negotiation techniques
-Development and monitoring of budgets
-Development of commercial offers
