We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients specializing in the manufacture and production of paints, a Sales and Marketing Manager, to work in the city of Limbé, Cameroon.
Main missions
• Implementation of promotional and communication actions
• Animation, coordination of sales teams, participation in trade shows and exhibitions
• Management and monitoring of major accounts, the network of distributors
• Support of sales teams for certain commercial operations
• Monitoring and control of results, schedules, budgets in his field
• Management and control of commercial activity, and marketing
• Contract negotiation

• Management, monitoring and control of resources, means and equipment in his field
• Monitoring of commercial practices from different products/markets, monitoring
technical know-how
• Define sales objectives and means for its teams
• Analyze periodic results and decide on measures to take
• Design, (have) produce marketing tools and update: catalogs, prices, advertising leaflets, product sheets, descriptions, sales pitches, etc.
Candidate profile
• Develop the website and its updating
• Negotiate and conclude sales, contracts and commercial agreements
• Analyze markets and identify their potential
• Manage one of the sales teams or one or more networks of distributors – Work in a network with multiple contacts (internal/external)
Level of training: BACC +3, License in Commerce, Marketing, sales or any other equivalent sectors. Experience in the painting sector is desired.
