What will my role be?

As a Sales Coordinator, you fully support the sales team in business development and sustainability, from administrative, customer service and lead development perspectives. More specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks while respecting the highest standards:

Identify new contacts, develop sales leads and respond to sales opportunities in a manner that maximizes revenue
Fully understand hotel services, facilities, packages and promotions
Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential guests in order to build business relationships
Develop quotes and write written confirmations to all customers Write
accurate and timely reports meeting the needs of the Sales Manager and senior management, including appointments, calls made and sales leads Monitor
regularly customer satisfaction level, and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business relationships
Organize and give hotel tours

Excellent communication skills
High level of IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Excellent organizational and administrative skills
For this position, demonstrating the following abilities and distinctions would be an advantage:

Experience in a sales position
Appropriate degree in a commercial or sales discipline from an academic institution
