AURE RH Recruitment Services Sarl , Member of AREKO GROUP , is recruiting for the needs of one of its clients in the brewing industry, a Sales Manager.
Job Title: Head of Sales
Reporting relationship: Commercial Director
Duties:
- Define and implement the commercial action plan;
- Develop the distribution network;
- Provide competitive intelligence.
Profile :
Academic level: Bac +3 in commerce, marketing, sales or any other equivalent diploma.
Professional experience: At least 03 years in a similar position in a company manufacturing and distributing carbonated, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Fluency in professional English is an asset.
Be available immediately.
SKILLS :
Mastery of sales, negotiation and prospecting techniques;
Good practice of proximity management; remote management techniques and management (budget, accounting);
- Mastery of office tools and customer relationship software (CRM); Good Internet culture and its tools.
Skills :
Business skills; taste for field work; reactivity ; Availability and adaptability; stress resistance ; interpersonal skills ; force of proposal and conviction; managerial skills; team spirit ; organization and method.
Location: Douala/Yaoundé/Bafoussam.
