Profile sought
A minimum level of higher education of BAC+3 in Banking and Finance; Commercial action; Marketing; Management Sciences or similar training.
Professional experience of 03 years in the same position in financial institutions.;
Mastery of English and French.

Skills

Have solid economic, legal, financial and microfinance knowledge;
Knowledge of microfinance products;
Mastery of sales and prospecting techniques;
Marketing knowledge: targeting, analysis of customer needs, environment, competitive offerings;
Animation, organization and communication techniques;
Mastery of risk management.
Main mission

Under the responsibility of the Director in charge of the development of Financial Intermediation, he ensures the development, coordination and management of the Agencies in the portfolio. He participates in defining the Objectives. the implementation of strategies and the evaluation of the performance of the Agencies in its portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and profitability of Agencies;
Contribute to improving the quality of portfolios; Participate in the development of the annual objectives of the Agencies;
Monitor the commercial results and objectives of the Agencies;
Report regularly to your hierarchy on the performance and development of Agency activities;
Propose and ensure the implementation of Strategies to achieve the defined Objectives;
Communicate and coach agency staff in daily tasks;
Plan, organize, coordinate the activities of agencies;
Monitor Agency risks and take appropriate actions to limit or resolve them.
