JOB OFFER: Sales Representative – Mobile Money Distribution – FLASH SERVICES
Job Description: Commercial – Mobile Money Distribution
Mission:
The position holder will be responsible for the commercial development and distribution of
MTN mobile money products and services within the territory assigned to them. He will work closely with
the back office team to achieve sales objectives, expand his portfolio and ensure an
exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
Implement sales strategies to achieve set objectives.
Prospect new customers and potential POS.
Negotiate distribution agreements with Proximity Points.
2. Distribution and Network Expansion:
Manage and develop the distribution network for MTN mobile money products and services.
Identify new opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the market.
Build strong relationships with existing partners.
3. Training and Customer Support:
Provide in-depth training on MTN mobile money offers and services to POS and customers in
its territory.
Provide high quality customer support to resolve issues and address concerns.
Organize awareness sessions (forum call box) to increase understanding of the services
offered.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on sales and distribution performance.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Propose recommendations to optimize business operations.
Required Skills:
1. Sales Skills:
Proven experience in selling mobile financial services or technology products.
Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
2. Network Management Skills:
In-depth understanding of distribution and network expansion strategies.
Ability to establish partnerships and develop long-term relationships.
3. Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Ability to communicate effectively with partners from diverse backgrounds.4. Results Oriented:
Orientation towards achieving objectives and achieving tangible results.
Ability to work in a team and independently and to meet deadlines.
Great resistance to stress.
Additional Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree, a university degree in business, marketing, or related field would be
an advantage.
Prior experience in the financial services or telecommunications industry is an
advantage.
In-depth knowledge of the Cameroonian market.
License A (Mandatory)
