AURE RH Recruitment Services Sarl , Member of AREKO GROUP , is recruiting for the needs of one of its clients in the brewing industry, a Sales Supervisor.

 

Job Title: Sales Supervisor.

Reporting relationship: Head of Sales.

 

 

 

Duties:

• Manage employee schedules, schedules and leave requests;
• Assign tasks to employees and monitor their progress;
• Ensure daily sales/production targets are met;
• Count the receipts at the end of the working day; train and participate in the integration of new employees; provide advice and feedback to employees when they need it; ensuring proper compliance with company rules and regulations;
• Dealing with customer and employee complaints; resolve disputes between employees.

 

 

 

Profile :

Academic level : Bac + 2 in marketing, sales, commerce or any other equivalent diploma.

Professional experience:   At least 03 years in a similar position in a company manufacturing and distributing carbonated, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Fluency in English is an asset; Driving license A is required.

Be available immediately.

SKILLS :

• Thorough knowledge of industry safety standards; in-depth knowledge of basic software, such as Word and Excel;
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as standing for long hours and occasionally lifting heavy loads; work effectively within a team;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; time and conflict management skills.

 

 

 

Location: Douala/Yaoundé/Bafoussam.
