Commercial in Hospitality Catering – M/F

Prior experience in the hospitality industry is required.

We are looking for a sales manager to support the development and reputation of our hotel.

 

 

 

In direct liaison with the management, you participate in the implementation of the commercial policy and the development of turnover.

Required profile

Hunter, dynamic and opportunistic, you are constantly on the ground to sell.

As such, you are mainly involved in the following commercial missions:

External commercial:

Prospecting and development:

• Corporate portfolio and contract negotiation

• Various services (seminar, accommodation, catering and events)

• Tender management

• Development of email campaigns

 

 

Customer relationship:

Coordination

• Response to availability requests, management of group requests and transmission to the accommodation manager

• Development of inter-service coordination sheets and follow-up when customers come

• Management and reception of customers during events (seminars, banquet, cocktail) and ensure their satisfaction.

• Quality monitoring of services sold

Entertainment & events:

• Creation and animation of events at the bar and restaurant (brunch, afterwork),

Digital:

• Animate and develop the engagement rate of the various social networks

Required profile

With a commercial or hotel and catering training, you have significant experience in B to B sales.

You are autonomous, endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and a great ability to listen.

 

 

 

Required skills

• Explore new markets
• Develop a client and prospect portfolio
