Responsibilities

MISSIONS:

– Collect, record and classify accounting transactions and produce reports;

– Analyze and carry out periodic accounting reports.

 

 

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

· Carry out the imputation and entry of documents;

· Account for and enter all documents and entries related to general and technical operations;

· Prepare bank reconciliation statements;

· Periodically carry out account analyses;

· Transmit daily accounting documents;

· Pay invoices received and carry out their accounting processing;

· Record daily accounting operations in the accounting books (Ensure periodic monitoring of operations recorded in the accounts / Clear outstanding operations in the accounts);

 

 

 

· Manage tangible and intangible assets;

· Assist superiors in the work of accounting statements;

· Identify and ensure outstanding entries;

· Establish payment orders and weekly cash flow situations;

· Participate in the development of the cash flow plan;

· Prepare tax and social security declarations;

· Make comments and reports on department activities.

Educational Requirements

REQUIRED PROFILE:

· BAC +2/3 in Finance Accounting, Management / Management Control or Audit

Experience Requirements

· More than 2/3 years of minimum experience in a similar function.

· French – Mastered / English – fundamental.

· Good knowledge of the insurance sector would be an asset.

Additional Requirements

KNOW-HOW:

· Master accounting techniques and rules;

· Master the CIMA accounting plan;

 

 

 

· Good knowledge of tax law;

· Have good knowledge of SAGE software;

· Master the rules for storing accounting documents;

· Master the techniques, rules of accounting and financial management;

· Master office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Be equipped with the ability to anticipate and work in a team, under pressure and know how to manage stress;

· Good listening, analysis and synthesis skills;

· Pragmatic and proactive;

· Be organized, very rigorous, precise and results-oriented;

· Have a sense of quality and respect for deadlines;

· Have a sense of confidentiality;
