Assignment : 

MAIN MISSIONS:

• Operational implementation of the action plan within the framework of markets, purchases and supplies.
• Strict compliance with regulatory provisions on procurement.

ACTIVITIES : 

• Preparation of tender documents, files for calls for expressions of interest in liaison with the entities concerned;
• Drafting of Terms of Reference;
• Development of supplier selection criteria;
• Monitoring the compliance of the administrative files of service providers and other suppliers;
• Monitoring of expenditure commitments with a view to tacit renewals or end of contracts and relaunch of calls for tenders; 
• Negotiation of the best purchasing conditions (quality, price, delivery, etc.), according to specifications defined by the entity concerned;
• Monitoring of contracts (quality, deadlines, delivery, payment) in connection with the various stakeholders (suppliers, other internal entities);
• Monitor market developments and sniff out the best current costs according to the company’s needs;
• Responsiveness to requests from other entities relating to the price list.
• Implementation of corrective actions resulting from non-conformities relating to audits or self-checking systems.
• Preparation of regulatory reports relating to the award and execution of contracts;
• Legal monitoring in procurement.

Profile : 

– Bac +3/5 admin, logistics;

– 5 to 7 years of experience;

– Very good knowledge of public procurement regulations and 3 years of experience in projects.
