1.   Job title:
Senior Legal and Tax Consultant
Type of contract: CDI
Place of work: Douala — Carneroun

Provide legal and tax monitoring in order to effectively advise the Firm’s clients.
Carry out legal and tax consultations and studies on behalf of clients;
Complete creative missions. structuring and restructuring of companies. Legal Secretariat. analysis and drafting of contracts.
Carry out legal and tax audit missions, legal and tax due diligence
Participate in the follow-up of tax audits and disputes
Provide legal and tax technical assistance to other employees of the Firm:
Prepare and lead training seminars.

3- PROFILE OR POSITION

Master 2 diploma in Taxation or equivalent diploma (preferably with a legal background);
Experience in a firm or in a company
Perfectly bilingual (French and English – major asset):

4- PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL SKILLS
Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.):
Be able to carry out several tasks simultaneously
Autonomous in the processing of files;
Available and sociable
