Recruitment notice: Several Business Development Officers

A French higher institution specializing in innovative training with outsourced campuses in Cameroon is looking for Business Development Officers , positions based in Douala and Yaoundé.

MISSIONS AND TASKS

Their main missions will be to:

Participate in the development of the pool’s commercial strategy;
Execute the action plan implemented by the Sales Manager;

The tasks will consist of:

Carry out prospecting activities in the field;
Ensure good online prospecting through mailings, whatsapping and many others;
Prepare a report or daily report on the tasks carried out;
Participate in weekly meetings to coordinate general activities and provide suggestions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE

Bac +2 in commercial action, marketing or any other related training;
Minimum one (01) year experience in deployment and sales techniques;
Be between 22 and 30 years old;
Good knowledge of selling services would be an asset;
Mastery of IT tools (Office Pack);
Good communication and reporting skills
Master the right language adapted to negotiation
Ability to adapt to changes, to deal with emergency situations;
Have the skills to achieve set goals
Dynamic and able to work technically under pressure;
Rigor, sense of organization and work autonomy;
Be social with good interpersonal skills;

KNOW-HOW

Be a force of proposal and initiative;
Sense of priority and organization
