• Minimum training required: Senior Electrical Engineering Technician (Bac +2 minimum);
• General experience: Having professional experience of more than or equal to 5 (five) years in the field of electrical works;
• Specific experience: at least two construction projects for transport networks, MV/LV distribution or renewable energy power plants;
• Duration of the mission: 23 (twenty-three) months.

One (01) Topographic Brigade Chief

• Minimum training required: Higher Technician for topo studies (Bac +2) 
• General experience: having professional experience of more than or equal to 5 (five) years in the field of topographical studies;
• Specific experience: at least two topographical study projects for the construction of transport networks, MV/LV distribution or renewable energy power plants;
• Duration of the mission: 06 (six) months.

Two (02) Senior Technicians specialized in civil engineering 

• Minimum training required: Higher Civil Engineering Technician (Bac +2); 
• General experience: having professional experience of more than or equal to 5 (five) years in the field of civil engineering works;
• Specific experience: at least two construction projects for GC works in transport networks, MV/LV distribution or renewable energy power plants; 
• Duration of the mission: 23 (twenty-three) months.

One (01) Expert in social protection

• Minimum education required: University education in social sciences or equivalent (Bacc +4);
• General experience: having professional experience of more than or equal to 10 (ten) years in the field of projects;
• Duration of the mission: 02 (two) months.

One (01) Civil Engineer

• Minimum training required: Civil engineering design engineer (Bacc + 5);  
• General experience: having professional experience of more than or equal to 8 (eight) years in the construction of civil engineering works;
• Specific experience:

• Duration of the mission: 10 (ten) months
