Function
To support its strong growth and its proximity policy, the MEA region is recruiting technical consultants in DOUALA for its activity relating to human resources solutions, and thus participate in our software integration projects.
You will be integrated into our project teams, and will participate in the deployment (Installation, training, assistance, tuning) of our solutions for our key account customers in Africa.
You will be trained in our solutions, as well as our quality and method processes.
We offer you the possibility of capitalizing on your professional and personal qualities in order to evolve towards the responsibilities of senior consultant or project manager.
Profile
- With a BAC+5 training (Engineering School, Business School or University), you plan to develop and evolve in the field of management software packages, ideally human capital management and HRIS.
- You are versatile, autonomous, have a spirit of synthesis, a strong capacity for abstraction and have good interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, as well as high mobility (frequent travel) are essential
Technical skills :
- JAVA (J2EE) development languages and frameworks
- WEB development languages and framework
- Database administration (Oracle, Informix, SQL Server, …)
- Scripting languages (Sql, Shells, Python, Perl, …)
- UNIX systems (Linux, AIX
- Architecture and Integration
