The Shuttle Driver is the first person clients meet upon arrival at the RESIDENCE LA FALAISE AKWA hotel.
The Driver conveys the image of the Hotel by his exemplary attitude, his warm and friendly welcome, his professionalism and his availability.
His job under the responsibility of the Head of Reception consists of:
Greet customers at the airport until their arrival at the Hotel;
Deliver their luggage to concierge agents and follow up on missing luggage;
Accompany customers to the airport when they leave the Hotel;
In support of other services, may be required to provide shopping for the company and customers;
Informs customers if necessary about the services of the establishment;
Ensures optimal customer satisfaction by constantly adopting a commercial attitude towards customers
Is responsible for the proper functioning of his work tool (the mini bus);
The qualities required:

Punctuality;
Flexibility and availability;
Interpersonal skills and enthusiasm;
Good presentation and smiling;
Autonomy;
Practice of English is an asset, that of a second foreign language is a plus.
Level of Education and Experience:
————————————————– –
No particular diploma is necessary, but have an excellent level of speech;
Hold a category B and D driving license
Experience in a similar position or in a field of passenger driving;
Know-how :

Available / Sense of planning and method / ability to adapt / Sense of listening and relational / Self-control / respect for instructions from the hierarchy.
