Tasks

SOCIETE GENERALE CAMEROUN is looking for a SIOP  Activity Control and Management Officer for its SIOP Department . For this  Category 10 position , the incumbent will:

 

 

– boost the support culture: be at the service of the business

– take charge of the CHANGE activity by delivering projects and worksites in complete safety with added regulatory value, business, risk management in compliance with Group methodologies (PRISM, Agile, etc.)

– ensure the production of deliverables before deadlines of recommendations and recommendations

– be a referent in the production of SIOP deliverables with the various regulators

– ensure the management of authorizations of the application scope in terms of periodic review

 

 

Main activities

– Ensure the follow-up of the regulations of the requests of the Headquarters, AFCE, State, Sub-regional, other audit missions

– Monitor security topics in terms of implementation of measures related to Cybersecurity in order to control the risks of attacks, data leaks and vulnerabilities

– Take charge of the RUN IT activity as part of the management of requests

– Respect the project and site management methodology in force and especially the mandatory governance bodies

– Ensure the proper implementation and effective management of projects by ensuring strict compliance with costs, deadlines, security and business requirements formulated in terms of operational risk and compliance

– Follow and coordinate the different stages of the management of banking projects through PRISM, AGILE methodologies, in particular from the framing phase to post-production monitoring in accordance with the needs expressed by the business

 

 

– Know the CBS and several Date Base

– Assist the business lines in drafting expressions of needs and ASA2 forms relating to change requests and send them to the entities concerned in charge of their implementation

– Ensure the monitoring of the performance indicators of its activity and ensure strict compliance with internal procedures

– Ensure change management with business entities regarding the implementation of new modules

– Provide training on the project management methodology in force with new CP MOA resources

– Be a force of proposal and systematically report all alerts to the hierarchy
