training services and recruitment, 01 SOCIAL DIGITAL MANAGER JUNIOR with a position based in Douala.

MISSIONS OF THE POSITION:
– define a coherent digital strategy for the development of the company,
– work on the e-reputation of the company mainly on linkedin, facebook and incidentally on
Instagram, Tik Tok,
– support the commercial development of activities of the customer through advertising and digital marketing,
– creating and supervising the creation of content,
– leading communities with a view to improving the reputation of the company and its products,
– animate the communities in order to boost the sale of the company’s products,
– Carry out strong web and social communication of the company’s products with its target customers,
– Produce analysis reports of the digital policy

REQUIRED PROFILE :
– M/Female between 22 – 35 years old,
– Min Bac + 2 in Social/Digital Marketing, Management or equivalent,
– Min 2 years of professional experience as Social media manager, Community manager, Digital
marketer, etc.,
– Experience proven in the design of the digital strategy and the development of
organizational products in the digital aspect,
– good command of the use of linkedin,
– Have a mastery of digital or social amarketing on social networks such as facebook, Instagram,
Snapchat, Tik Tok,
– Ability in video editing and creation of infographic visuals (essential asset),
– good command of Word and Excel,
– Have a Ease of learning,
– Be solution oriented,
– Immediately available,
