POSITION: SPECIALIST IN PROJECT ANALYSIS, MONITORING AND EVALUATION

We are looking for the needs of the development and implementation of our projects in Cameroon, a candidate in ANALYSIS, MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF PROJECTS JOB

 

 

 

DESCRIPTION:

Placed under the authority of the Project Coordinator, and while collaborating with other project specialists, it is responsible for synthesizing the progress of the project taking into account financial, procurement, safeguards and technical issues; all under the results framework of the project.
Its main responsibilities are:

• designing and supervising the implementation of the project’s results-based monitoring and evaluation system;

• ensure the reliability of the system’s operation, in particular by using the GEMS remote monitoring system;

• prepare activity reports and project indicators, with a quarterly, half-yearly and annual frequency;

• exploit and disseminate information on the performance, spatial deployment and impact of the project;

• facilitate external audit assignments on compliance with procedures and the technical achievements of the project, both in terms of organization and access to information;

 

 

 

• prepare joint supervision missions with the various actors and development partners;

• contribute to the planning of activities with a view to drawing up the action plan and the annual budget;

• ensure the monitoring and evaluation of all Project activities;

• ensure the establishment and maintenance of the information storage and processing system (physical data storage, virtual data storage, monitoring and evaluation information dissemination mechanisms) / reporting system, communication with Project stakeholders and the general public.

Level of studies: License or other equivalent diplomas justifying the position.

 Experience: 1 year and more.

 Requirements:
-Proficiency in French and English

-Knowledge of program and project management.

– Good command of the process of seeking funding and donors for projects.

– Mastery of computer tools and accessories.

-Excellent managerial, initiative and leadership skills.

-Proactive, motivated, good stress management.
