1. Handwritten request (not stamped) addressed to the General Manager of Dôvv Distribution SARL

2. Curriculum Vitae

3. Photocopy CNI

 

 

4. Photocopy of diplomas

5. Extract from criminal record N°3 dated less than 3 months

6. Medical certificate dated less than 3 months

7. 01 half-card 4*4 photo and 01 full photo (color)

8. Photocopy of driving license or work certificates (if possible)

9. Place of deposit: the General Management located in Bastos Yaoundé and in all Dôvv agencies

 

 

10. This file is filed against receipt.
