Mission:

The stock manager is responsible for:

Organizing warehouses;
Inventory management in depots and stores;
Reconciliation and valuation of fuel, lubricants and gas stocks;
From the proposal of technical or IT solutions for the improvement of work in the stores and in the warehouse;
Communication to all internal departments of inventory and supply activities (sales administration, commercial, logistics, finance, etc.);
Sales monitoring and forecasts;
Follow-up and proposal to improve procedures;
Participation in the development of markets impacting stocks;
Participation in industry meetings;
reports.

Profile:

Minimum Bac+3 in management, accounting or finance
Mastery of Excel (advanced or expert level)
Mastery of inventory management in the downstream oil sector (bulk and packaged)
Mastery of modules relating to inventory management in an ERP, preferably SAP (Purchases, Sales, Stocks, etc.)
Have at least 02 consecutive years in a similar position
Experience in the oil sector would be an asset

Level of studies: LICENSE / BAC + 3

Specialization: Purchasing

Level of experience: Experienced (from 3 to 5 years)

Languages:
French: Fluent
English: Good practice
