As part of the growth of its activities, FOCEP SA is recruiting a Studies and Projects Officer.
YOUR MISSION.
The microfinance research and project manager is responsible for conducting market research,
analyzing financial data and developing projects for the company. Its missions are as
follows:
 Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities for the company;
 Analyze data to assess project performance and identify areas
for improvement;
 Develop projects for the company, including product and service development projects
, marketing projects and customer development projects;
 Coordinate projects with other departments of the company to ensure their
successful implementation;
 Prepare reports on projects and study results for company management;
 Ensure reporting on the portfolio of projects and partnerships. YOUR PROFILE.
You hold a BAC+5 in econometrics, economic and financial engineering, project analysis
or a related field;
You have proven professional experience of at least 5 years in the finance sector and
a similar position,

You have in-depth knowledge of the microfinance sector and
financial products and services;
You have the ability to conduct market research and analyze financial data;
You have the ability to develop projects and coordinate their implementation;
You have excellent communication and presentation skills;
You have the ability to work in a team and coordinate projects with other departments of
the company;
You have the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
