CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST N0 015/DE/ASDev/291223 FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF CATERING SERVICE PROVIDERS, OFFICE EQUIPMENT, COMMUNICATION VISUALS AND VEHICLE RENTAL IN THE NORTHERN COMMUNITIES OF CAMEROON

 

The ASDev association (
SOLIDARY ACTION FOR DEVELOPMENT) expresses its interest in suppliers of catering services, office equipment, communication visuals and vehicle rental, with a view to the implementation of its activities for the year 2024.
This call is launched for suppliers and service providers in catering, office equipment, communication visuals and vehicle rental to express their
interest in the execution of contracts in the northern municipalities.
1. Sections:    Description of content
Section:
Catering service: catering, drinks etc.
Section 2:
Office equipment: notepads, cardboard folders, markers, pens, conference papers, etc.
Reprography: color and black on white printing etc.
Section 3:
Visual communication: badges, polo shirts, flyers, caps, roll-ups, banners, etc.
Section 4:

Vehicle rental: vehicles with drivers.
2. The expression of interest file for companies must include a request specifying the chosen section and the following administrative documents   (certified copies valid for the current financial year):
Trade register;
Taxpayer card or registration certificate Non-tax certificate dated less than three months;
Bank domiciliation certificate issued by a bank or a microfinance institution approved by the Ministry of Finance;
Location Plan ;
Reference supporting documents. (Proof of execution of activities in the field, receipt and delivery slip..
A proforma invoice for the contract (section) requested.
3. The files will be submitted under closed Dli in two (02) copies (one original and a copy) no later than Friday February 9, 2024 at 3 p.m. (local time) at the ASDev office in
Garoua located in the plateau district behind the FEICOM: Secretariat or sent by email to the address: contagt@as-dev .prg
The files will be received every working day upon publication of this call between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.

record their file at the time of submission on the form opened for this purpose.
NB • the files must only include the requested documents ONLY and in the order indicated in this call for expressions of interest. Also. each service provider or supplier will only be able to choose ONE section. Files that do not comply with these instructions are subject to a review.

6. When the offers are examined, only complete files respecting the forms and compositions cited above will be examined. Offers deemed essentially compliant will be retained and approved in
ASDev’s “Directory of Suppliers and Service Providers” for the year 2024 with possible extension.
