Context:
The GHSC-TA Francophone Task Order project meets the technical assistance needs of a>The supply chain management focal point will report directly to the Directorcapacity building to ensure effective management and better < /span>• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and other partnersdocument progress and successes;TO project staff to develop project reports project, share best practices,• Work closely with GHSC-TA Francophone• Collect and analyze performance indicators;logistical management of contraceptive products;• Assist the Ministry of Health in strengthening the information system insecurity contraceptive products;• Assist the management in charge of family health in the organization of meetings foravailability of contraceptive products;forecasting, supply planning, reporting, monitoring of stock levels and• Develop, support and monitor technical assistance for Cameroon: coordination,are as follows:The main obligations and responsibilities of the supply chain management focal pointof Cameroon’s fiscal year 2024 work plan.Regional of the project and will be responsible for developing and implementing the technical activitiesResponsibilities:
1 of the project.The supply chain management focal point will work on achieving the Objective Health.As part of the implementation of project activities in Cameroon, a supply chain management focal point will be recruited at the local level to support the Ministry of HealthAgenda [GHSA])• Objective 3: Support the Global Health Securityregional organizations• Objective 2: Improve security products through collaboration and• Objective 1: Strengthen the country’s supply systemsproducts. Technical support focuses on the following three objectives:a mechanism through which USAID provides regional technical assistance for health, HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, etc.). GHSC-TA Francophone TO representsthe management of products from different health programs (e.g. Malaria, family planning
USAID, other U.S. government agencies, partner governments, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and international partners. other entities in order to strengthen
involved in the implementation of the work plan;
• Carry out, if necessary, other tasks and responsibilities that will be assigned by the
Country Director.
Qualifications and experiences of the focal point:
In order to carry out this mission successfully, the candidate must be able to fulfill each
essential responsibility and duty in a satisfactory manner. The qualifications listed below represent the knowledge, skills and/or abilities necessary toperform the primary duties.< a i=8>The focal point will have at least the following qualifications and experience:• Be of Cameroonian nationality;• Have a higher education diploma in disciplines related to health and/or supply chain management;• Have a minimum of 05 years of experience in public healthprogram management, pharmaceuticals and medical consumables, and/or supply chain management systems in lowresource settings;• Have professional experience in the health system of Cameroon;• Have skills in teamwork and adult training;• Have a proven ability to be autonomous and identify technical assistance needs; • Master computer tools, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint software;• Have good document writing skills;• Have a proven ability to work cooperatively with partners when implementing complex programs;• be able to travel to regions of Cameroon.
